Sophie is passionate about delivering great service and is dedicated to her role as our Business Manager and Executive Assistant to our Principal Randall Kemp. With more than seven years of real estate experience behind her, she has become a skilled expert who is passionate about the local property market and the people that live here.

Responsible for managing one of Woollahra's most high performing teams, Sophie is always committed to running a tight ship with her keen eye for detail and a great ability to resolve any issues that arise. Her role is to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team and to ensure that processes are streamlined for the smooth running of the office. Having grown up locally, she relates easily to the community and has an intimate knowledge of real estate in the eastern suburbs that enables her to provide the best guidance to her clients.
